Purpose: Routine Maintenance to update expiring SSL certificates on Voice Session Border Controllers (SBC)
Impact: Maintenance requires that the system be switched to a redundant unit which will cause active TCP connections to be lost during the switchover from Active to Standby SBC. Connections should immediately re-establish.

BaaS LAS Server Migration Sep 19, 2024 10:00-16:00 EDT
Dear Valued Client,

In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

Duration: 6h
Purpose: Evolve IP Engineers will be migrating the backend server that services BaaS LAS (baas-las.evolveip.net) to a new server.
Impact: During the maintenance window, all backup and restore operations in BaaS LAS (baas-las.evolveip.net) will be unavailable. Any jobs that were interrupted at the start of the maintenance, or any jobs that were scheduled to run during the maintenance, will be retried at the conclusion of the server migration. This maintenance is being performed during business hours to reduce impact on scheduled nightly backups.
Required user actions: No user interaction is required.

Purpose: Zerto software upgrades are being performed to provide the latest software enhancements.
Impact: During this maintenance window, access to the Zerto Self Service Portal (ZSSP) will be unavailable and VPG replication will be interrupted.

Creation/Editing of VPGs and failover functionality will be unavailable during this upgrade.

Once the upgrade completes, VPG replication will resume as normal.
