Dear Valued Client,

In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: 9/16/2024 10:00 PM EST
End: 9/17/2024 2:00 AM EST
Duration: 4
Purpose: Evolve IP Engineers will be upgrading the DaaS service provider infrastructure in PHL in preparation for customer tenant upgrades to follow.
Impact: During upgrade connections to existing desktops will be usable but tasks in the customers admin portal will not. Examples: Assignment Increases, new assignment creation, power actions, etc.
Required user actions: No user actions are required.
