Dear Valued Client,

In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: 9/10/2024 9:00 AM EST
End: 9/10/2024 12:00 PM EST
Duration: 3h
Purpose: Evolve IP Engineers will be updating the Veeam Cloud Connect and Veeam Agent infrastructure to the latest version.
Impact: This update will be applied during business hours in order to minimize the impact on scheduled backup jobs. During the maintenance window, backup and recovery operations will not be available.

This update impacts customers utilizing Veeam Cloud Connect and Veeam Physical Agent backups.

Customers utilizing Infrastructure Backup as a Service will not be impacted.
Required user actions: Retry any interrupted backup jobs or allow them to run on their normal schedule. Evolve IP will not be able to retry interrupted jobs, as they are customer managed.
