Dear Valued Client,

In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: 9/11/2024 9:00 AM EST
End: 9/11/2024 12:00 PM EST
Duration: 3
Purpose: Engineers will be installing the latest cumulative update available for the Infrastructure Backup as a Service.
Impact: During the maintenance window, backup and recovery operations will not be available.

Any jobs that were interrupted during the update will be retried at the conclusion of the maintenance. This update will be applied during business hours in order to minimize the impact on scheduled backup jobs.

Customers utilizing Veeam Backup Agent and Veeam Cloud Connect services will not be impacted.
Required user actions: No user interaction required.
